You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
To create an account, you must click the "Get Started" button and submit the following information: name, surname, username, password, and email address. You may optionally provide: nickname, gender, language, country, and phone number. Multi-factor authentication is available for enhanced security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and any multi-factor authentication setup. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
You may request termination of your account by contacting our support team. We may terminate your account if it is demonstrated that you attempted to perform a digital attack on our Service. In any case, account terminations are not eligible for refunds.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You agree not to post or transmit any content that constitutes hate speech or is offensive.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account deletion without any possible refund.
All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by Sergio Tortosa.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish that content for the sole purpose of creating documentation derived from user data, which is the objective of the Service.
The Service offers two subscription plans:
Payment is due monthly. All payments are non-refundable.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the start of each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current month, and you will not be charged for subsequent months.
We reserve the right to change the price of the Service at any time. Subscribed users will be notified at least two months in advance of any price changes.
You may terminate your account by contacting us.
We may terminate your account in case of infringement of these ToS, as described above.
Upon termination, all data associated with your account will be deleted from our database, with only traces of your activity remaining in our internal logs.
These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these ToS shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
The venue for any legal proceedings shall be Spain.
We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be notified of changes to the ToS via email. The changes will be effective immediately upon being made public. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.
